Our Story
IndoPass was founded in 2020 by a team of former immigration officers and legal professionals who saw how broken and opaque the immigration process was in Indonesia. Applicants were navigating a maze of regulations, uncertain timelines, and endless paperwork – with no trusted guide.
We built IndoPass to fix that. Starting with a small team of 5 consultants handling KITAS and tourist visa applications, we've grown to a full-service platform with 24+ certified specialists, serving expats, businesses, and Indonesian nationals across 60+ countries.
